If people asked me what is the motherland, I will answer that it is place where you were born and spent your first years. For me that place is Yampil.

Yampil is a village near Krasnyi Lyman in Donetsk region. It is very beautiful place and if you like outdoor rest you can come here for your weekend. You can go to the forest and have a picnic there, just walk or collect mushrooms after rain. Also you can go swimming in the lake, which is located near the village. The water is very clean and warm in summer. If you go to the forest you may see different animals, but you will find only squirrels and birds, because wild animals are very shy. And you will ask me what to do, I answer that you can go and visit local ostrich farm. There you can see many different animals, not only ostriches. For example bears or racoons.

So if you like to visit Yampil for summer weekends – take some money and  stuff for picnic and relax.
